Corroncho 2 is the second collaboration between legendary guitarist Phil Manzanera and artist-sculptor Lucho Brieva, continuing the quirky adventures of two Colombian friends known as the Corronchos.

This Spanish-language concept album tells the story of their ill-fated road trip from Cartagena to what they believe is the “promised land”—Queens, New York. A wrong turn sends them on a wild journey through South America, captured across 13 vibrant tracks filled with humor, satire, and cultural insight.

Exploring themes of love, death, politics, and dancing, Corroncho 2 offers a playful yet thought-provoking take on Latino life.
